Claire is the Granddaughter of Gerald Poxton who founded the business in the 80s. She is a qualified management accountant and was previously the finance manager for 5 years before becoming the MD.
Claire’s vision is to have all 3 homes rated as outstanding and has already made good progress seeing an improvement in all the homes at their latest CQC inspection in 2019.
Natalie (Tilly) joined the business in 2018 after moving from a different care home group. Tilly runs the finance function at Head Office including invoicing, purchasing and our payroll which we manage internally.
Danielle has worked for the company for over 10 years on the floor in the homes but has moved up to work with head office to put to good use her excellent skills and leadership qualities in maintaining an excellent level of quality in our delivery and reporting of care to our residents.
HR & Training Manager
Nicola joined the team in 2019 and is responsible for recruitment, training and maintain high quality standards throughout the homes in the group. She has lots of transferrable human resource experience and qualifications but this is her first role in the care industry.
Front Of House / Receptionist
Loved by everyone, Emma has been our “front of house/receptionist” for several years. Emma deals with all the incoming phone calls, enquiries and is generally the first face you will see at the reception.
Morgan joined Ashmere Notts for 18 months while he completes his AAT Accounting qualification. Morgan is being mentored by Tilly and hopes to advance his accounting career once he has completed his apprenticeship.
