Managing Director
Claire is the Granddaughter of Gerald Poxton who founded the business in the 80s. She is a qualified management accountant and was previously the finance manager for 5 years before becoming the MD.
Claire’s vision is to have all 3 homes rated as outstanding and has already made good progress seeing an improvement in all the homes at their latest CQC inspection in 2019.
Alexandra Hanley
Group Finance Manager
Alexandra joined us in 2025 after spending her previous years running her own successful cake business. She also had experience of our homes through a relative being a regular user of our daycare services. She has huge enthusiasm for learning the elderly care financial particulars and has already proved herself as being very approachable for all our families and visitors. She has a creative flair which has helped us complete our recent Santas grotto and onsite shop. We look forward to her long career as part of our head office team.
Danielle Cotton
Quality Manager
Danielle has worked for the company for over 10 years on the floor in the homes but has moved up to work with Head Office to put to good use her excellent skills and leadership qualities in maintaining an excellent level of quality in our delivery and reporting of care to our residents.
Nicola Swan
HR Manager
Nicola joined the team in 2019 and is responsible for recruitment, training, and maintain high quality standards throughout the homes in the group. She has lots of transferrable human resource experience and qualifications but this is her first role in the care industry.
Karen Warsop
Finance Assistant
Karen is the finance assistant and joined the company in June 2024 to assist the finance manager, Jennifer with the ever-growing number of finance tasks that accumulate in Head office. Karen has over 20 years experience in finance and mainly manages the purchase ledger process but also provides assistance to all other areas of finance.
Karen Anderson
Receptionist/Front of House
Karen has worked in the retail service sector for many years but is keen to progress her administrative and business knowledge. Karen will be manning our reception as well as handling enquiries and providing administrative support for the home managers and head office team.
Victoria Scott
Quality Assistant and Staff Welfare Officer
Victoria actually started as a visitor at one of our homes and approached us to ask if she could come to work for us as she loved it here so much! Vicky soon found herself at home as part of the Quality team and has also recently expanded her role to include looking after staff welfare. Victoria works part time assisting the quality manager to ensure all aspects of our care and documentation are of the highest level and manages regular audits throughout the homes of the mealtime experience, night times, and infection prevention and control. With her other hat on, Victoria provides all our staff with an open-door policy to discuss any at work or home concerns they may have, offering confidential advice and assistance wherever possible.
Adam Sharpe
Building and Facilities Manager
Adam started with the company in 2019 and took over responsibility for all the buildings and facilities that are within the group.
