Activities Co-ordinator

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the activities offering in the home. You will be formulating an activity plan for each individual resident by spending time getting to know their past, likes and dislikes and families. You will arrange suitable trips out for our residents as well as arranging for entertainment to come into the homes. You will also build up links in the community and build relationships to benefit the residents.

Care Assistant

Our Care Assistants are an integral part of the team and ensure that our residents needs are met at all times. You will also assist residents with personal care, mobility and assist with meal times when required. We are looking for compassionate and caring people who put our residents first.

Domestic Assistant

Our Domestic Assistants are integral to the delivery of high quality services in our homes. As a domestic assistant with Ashmere, you will be involved in the general cleaning of the home including floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas, wiping down surfaces, emptying bins and laundry duties.

Senior Care Assistant

Being a Senior Care Assistant with Ashmere is certainly a varied role. You will be responsible for the running of the shift including staff allocation, administrating medication, liaising with the home manager, GP’s, nurses, and other outside professionals as well as assisting with the day to day needs of our residents.
